These terms govern the use of this website, as of September 2026. A trade itself is concluded under a separate client agreement, in writing, with a named dealer.

This website is informational

Pages and guides on this site describe our service and the market it operates in. Nothing here is legal, tax or investment advice, and nothing here is an offer to buy or sell any virtual asset. A binding price exists only in a written quote issued by a named dealer of Meridian OTC and accepted by you in writing.

Who you deal with

The site is operated by Meridian Digital Assets FZE, a VARA-licensed Broker-Dealer (licence VL/24/03/017), Office 2704, Almas Tower, JLT, Dubai, UAE. The licence and its scope are verifiable in the VARA public register.

Risks

Virtual assets may lose their value in full or in part and are subject to extreme volatility. You can lose all of the money or other value you commit, and you do not benefit from any form of financial protection scheme. Some transactions are recorded on public ledgers and may be irreversible. Nothing on this site reduces those risks.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the quote form (automated or fraudulent submissions), attempt to access systems behind it, or present this site's content as your own. The form exists to start a conversation with a dealer; it is not a trading engine.

Liability

We work to keep every figure on this site accurate and dated, but we do not warrant that content is complete or current at the moment you read it — the "as of" marks and sources are there for you to verify. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions taken on website content alone.

Complaints

Complaints are taken in writing at [email protected] and answered by a named person within five business days. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you may escalate through the complaints channel of our regulator, VARA. Please include your trade reference where one exists.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE.
